This Refund & Returns Policy applies to purchases from House of Dazzle (Al Arouba St - Al Mareija - Hay Al Gharb, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates).

Return window

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original condition with all original packaging, tags, and certificates (if supplied).

Eligibility

• Items must be unworn, undamaged, and not altered.
• Customised, engraved, or made-to-order pieces are final sale unless faulty.
• Earrings may be non-returnable for hygiene reasons unless faulty (we will confirm when you contact us).

How to start a return

1. Email Houseofdazzleuae@gmail.com with your order number, item(s), and reason.
2. We will confirm eligibility and share return instructions.
3. Ship the item securely using the method we approve. Keep your tracking receipt.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the return, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or we made an error.

Faulty or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Exchanges

Exchanges depend on stock availability. Contact us to arrange an exchange of equal or greater value (price difference payable).

Chargebacks / disputes

Please contact us first so we can resolve issues quickly. Unresolved payment disputes may be handled under your card issuer’s and Stripe’s dispute process.
