How do I make a purchase?
Browse our collections, open a product you love, choose your options if available, then select Add to cart. When you’re ready, open the cart and proceed to checkout to enter shipping and payment details.
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
After a successful checkout you will receive an order confirmation email at the address used for the purchase. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or contact us at Houseofdazzleuae@gmail.com with your order number.
Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, email us as soon as possible at Houseofdazzleuae@gmail.com with your order number and the updated address. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship across the UAE and to selected international destinations shown at checkout. Delivery times and costs depend on your location. See our Shipping Policy.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Sunday–Thursday, UAE time). You will receive tracking details by email when available after dispatch.
What is your return policy?
Unused items in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Customised or hygiene-sensitive pieces may be final sale. Full details are in our Refund & Return Policy.
How long will it take until I receive my order?
UAE delivery is usually 1–5 business days after dispatch. International delivery is usually 5–14 business days, depending on destination and customs.
Is shipping free?
Complimentary shipping may apply when your order meets the free-shipping threshold shown in your cart. Exact rates always appear at checkout.
